ご丁寧に本家PicoPicoSE部の
osoumen氏からReplyがあったので
補足説明です

PDF版にはマニュアル記載があるとのこと
みてみよう
そして、やはりキーはC700だった
やってることは大きく間違ってない、と

まず、BoothのPDF説明書ですが
pixivへの登録が必要です
最近流行りのGAFA-MのIDで登録が
できますので、お気軽に登録可能です

マニュアルにはC700を利用できます
とあるので、C700から*.brrをもらって
くるのは間違っていなさそうです、OK

もう一つosoumenさんからいただいた
ピッチ合わせについては



完全に見落としてましたが
Root KeyとSample Rateに
「Auto」がありますね
こちらでピッチ合わせができるとのこと
